"11" April 200.. a year ago, a bank loan agreement was signed between me and Bank Center Credit JSC, № ........, at 17% per annum in the amount of 24,000,000 tenge, the bank's remuneration amounted to 39,415,782.55 tenge, in total, by 2020, the bank committed to pay cash to the bank in the amount of 63,415,782.55 tenge.
The fulfillment of obligations under the bank loan agreement was secured by my collateral, which is my only housing, located at the address: Almaty, ul. ...., d.......... At Bank Center Credit JSC, I, ............ recognized as a problem borrower. Before the court's decision 201.. During the year, I paid more than 26,000,000 tenge due to repayment of the loan.
However, due to the onset of the economic crisis, I suspended the activities of my LLP, which was the main source of my income, after which, due to financial difficulties, I made repeated written and oral appeals to Bank Center Credit JSC to provide any preferential conditions for fulfilling obligations under the Bank Loan Agreement in the hope of resolving the situation in a pre-trial, peaceful manner.

Thanks to the support and foresight of our Nation's Leader, Guarantor of Statehood and defender of all citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev was instructed to adopt a program to refinance mortgage housing loans/mortgage loans for his compatriots in need. The specified Program assumes that state support will be provided to citizens who received mortgage housing loans/mortgage loans in the period from 2004 to 2009 in the amount of no more than 36,470,000.00 tenge, to secure sole housing, including borrowers belonging to socially vulnerable segments of the population in accordance with Article 68 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations".

In the hope of restoring family relations, I want to keep this house. I have gone through difficult times and am currently engaged in individual entrepreneurship, which will help me pay my debt obligations to Bank Center Credit JSC on time. Based on the above,
